It seems like every time I am browsing the internet I see sweet potatoes everywhere. I decided to try my hand at making some sweet potato chips.
I used one large and one medium sweet potato. I scrubbed them, then cut them into manageable pieces.
Lucky for me, my mom gifted me a mandolin slicer last spring. I loaded it up and sliced the vegetables piece by piece.
Once the potatoes were sliced, I drizzled them with olive oil and a hint of salt.
These were baked at 400 Degree Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, flipping the slices half way.
They were delicious, enjoy!
