Can you believe that Easter is right around the corner? These past few months have really flown by for me. Today, I am showing you the perfect look for Easter Sunday! It can be dressed up or down, is super comfy, and most importantly it’s cute. Unfortunately, this exact dress is no longer available, but I have linked similar styles above.
There are a couple of factors that I consider when choosing an Easter outfit. The first being, weather. In Texas, you cannot plan for what the weather is going to be like on Easter (or any day). Most of the time it is gorgeous, but every once in a while a cold front will blow through overnight. Which makes the adorable dress you picked out, not weather appropriate. Of course, you can always throw on a cardigan or jacket, but it is important to make sure you have something that matches your outfit.
The next thing I consider is comfort. Easter is an active holiday. You need to be able to hunt for eggs and play catch. If you are not able to move then you won’t have any fun.
Lastly, I think about accessories. These shoes are quickly becoming my favorite. They are actually comfortable and good quality. They match everything and have not given me a single blister, which is saying something since just about EVERY shoe gives me blisters. I have the link for these exact shoes above. Now, you probably would not wear these to an Easter egg hunt, but you could wear them to church or brunch and change.
If you’re being active outside I recommend wearing sunglasses. I try to never leave home without a pair. I also recommend a cross-body purse for running around. It keeps your hands free, but still allows you to have fun and participate in the festivities.
What do you usually wear on Easter? Do you dress up or keep it casual? Let me know in the comments below. Have a great weekend!
